This journey has been made possible thanks to the efforts at the dough-making plant of Cal Mossèn, the dedication of many years,  and the search for methods and instruments which develop the original way it is made but without affecting its essential qualities.

The best thing about the Coca of Mossèn is that it has a distinctive personality. It can be recognized by its crunchy crust, and its spongy inside, with a flavour that is half sweet and half savory.  Just as it has always been.
